Shipping Information We presently offer three different options for shipping your packages within the United States: UPS, FedEx, and US Postal Service. For International orders, please specify UPS Airmail Parcel Post or USPS Global Priority, as these rates are the most reasonable for international orders. Shipping costs are based on actual weights, we do not make a profit on shipping. Payment Methods We currently accept payment through because it is fast, easy, secure and FREE.
With PayPal you can pay by credit card or e-check, which does not require a credit card.
If you prefer, we also accept mail in orders by personal check and money order. When paying by
personal check, please allow 5-7 business days for the check to clear. For mail in orders,
please contact us at sales@renaissance-sewing.com for more information. Lead Times Except for items purchased as "Finished", all garments are custom made to your sizes and specifications. Our current lead times are 2-3 weeks from the time an order is received. For special orders such as wedding parties and groups, these lead times can be much longer, depending on the complexity and size of the order. Please contact us at sales@renaissance-sewing.com for help in planning your group or wedding party. Sizes To get a garment that looks great on you, it is important to specify the required sizes very carefully. The catalog item description lists which measurements need to be provided with each order. Some items, such as a chemise, are meant to be worn loose and one size fits "most", but some basic dimensions are still necessary to get that well-dressed appearance.
